| 内容記述 | This practical research shows how ‘global education’ and ‘community engagement’ can work together using an example of Tsuru University’s new study abroad program with Nordic countries. Firstly, it explains why the university started this unique and innovative program and how a regional university like Tsuru can lead the exchange program to be successful in a long term. Secondly, it describes the key factors to enhance satisfaction levels of both Japanese and Nordic students, with a support of professional staff who can connect students from overseas and surrounding local communities, using some of practical examples. | |||||||
