| 内容記述 | 本論文は、児童厚生施設条項の変遷と立法者の児童厚生施設観との詳しい関連につい て、そして、児童厚生施設の原理的・思想的立法意思の詳細について、それぞれ明らかに することを目的とした。その結果、条項の変遷は、3 名の立法者の児童厚生施設観（「遊 び場」、「学童保育も含めた健全な遊び場」、「生活指導の場」）の違いとして反映されてい たことが分かった。そして、立法意思として、手段としての遊びを通して、子どもの生活 を改善し、子ども自身の自主的な組織活動を創造・発展させる、という指導理念の必要性 が認識されていた、ということが分かった。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | The aim of this paper is to clarify a detailed relation between the transition of the Children’s Recreation Centers articles and the lawmaker’s outlook on the Children’s Recreation Centers as well as details of the fundamental and thought legislation intention of the Children’s Recreation Centers respectively. As a result, it has been understood that the transition of articles was reflected as a difference between three lawmakers’ outlooks on the Children’s Recreation Centers (“Playground”, “Healthy playground including the after-school care for children”, and “Place of the lifestyle guidance.”). And, it has been understood that the necessity of the guidance idea of improving a child’s life, and creating and developing an independent organizational activity of a child through play as the means was recognized as an intention of this legislation. | |||||||
