年間の協力隊の受け入れ対応の分析か\nら、時期ごとの隊員の年代の傾向、前職経験の有無、活動目的の変化を的確に把握して事\n業体制を構築し、柔軟に運用してきたことが明らかとなった。同村における協力隊制度は、都市からの移住者による活動を促進する制度としても、定住を促進する制度としても機能しており、移住者である隊員の異質性を受容する体制構築が、結果として村に新たな社会関係資源をもたらしていると評価できる。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"10875","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"FUKUSHIMA,
