| 内容記述 | In this paper, the author analyzes the 50th Imperial Diet Record（January to March in 1925） using new materials. The purpose is to make clear the actual facts of the discussion on the Establishment of the System of assigned Military Officer to Schools. Therefore, the author pays attention to the deliberation on the repeal of the Law Relating to the State Defrayal of Salaries to Elementary School Teachers under the One-year Military Service which was submitted by the Cabinet under Premier Kato Takaaki From the result, the author could make clear the tactics of the Education Minister Okada Ryohei and the War Minister Ugaki Kazunari, and an outline of a member of the House of Peers Sawayanagi Masataro's opinion. | |||||||
