| 内容記述 | Okada Ryohei who had taken office as the Education Minister of the the Cabinet under Premier Kato Takaaki made the first step of the youth military training system in cooperation with an ex-Education Minister Egi Senshi. In this paper, the author verifies this by analyzing the deliberation process of a bill for reforming the education in normal school and a bill for the system of military officers attached to secondary schools which were submitted to the Council on Educational Affairs by the government. | |||||||
