| 内容記述 | This article considers the requirements that enable a public library to implement events for immigrants by analyzing the outcomes of participant observation and interview with the librarians at Entresse Library in Espoo, Finland. As a result, some factors; employment of foreign citizens as librarians, cooperation with civic associations, facilities for enjoying music and eating, and introduction of the latest equipment, are thought to be necessary for public libraries to function as the learning institutions for immigrants. | |||||||
