| 内容記述 | In this paper, the author aims at making clear the details of the preparation of the Imperial Ordinance Relating to the Establishment of Young Men’s Training Institutes which was promulgated in 1926, using new materials. Accordingly, the author attaches importance to the history of young men’s society and the deliberation in the Council on Educational Affairs. From the results, the author could make clear the second step of the Youth’s Military Training for the establishment of the national mobilization system which was performed by Tanaka Giichi, Egi Senshi, Ugaki Kazunari, Okada Ryohei and others. | |||||||
